updated: 6/26. I started writting this in response to having my first cavity. this is oxymoron is a direct quote from one of the people helping the Dr. being told i had a cavity was a tramatizing experience for me.but i still remember the day pretty vividly. i remember trying to soak it all p I remember they music on the radio poke her face came on by kid cudi, and Pain by three days grace.http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/dental/DE00001/NSECTIONGROUP=2
i have notes from this on my other laptop if that screen ever works again and i can access it. as you can tell from half finished short blog post i can be a bit of a self defeating perfetionist at times. but i have always enjoyed writting and in the past it has only been meant for me and served as am eans of sorting out my life and eased my introspected mind/soul. no other place could my mind and soul intertwix, it was a peaceful. but this solitary activity worked well for me because i am just horrible with typos and such and its a bit of a sore spot for me.
though writting in the past has been just for me i have always had that urge to share my thoughts and perspectives with others. as quiet and maybe even some might have thought of me as calmed up on the outside, I have always had a deeprooted longing to express myself to others. but thats part of the beauty of writting you can tweak and keep going with your thoughts uninterupted. I have always felt like many my thoughts often are too big and sometimes even too complex to fit neatly into sound bites. and well sometimes i think i just have a harder time than some breaking down my thoughts and condencing them a bit. heard and won't be cut off as happens when talking it gives people a full view instead of what they were prviy too till the convo took a turn in a new directon before my complete view could be voiced.
hahaha look what was on USA network tongiht on their NCIS marathon, Abby enters and is upset about having a cavity and is on the way to her dentist. Gibbs enters and they take off for the crime scene. The victim is PFC Marco Riggs. His cell scanner is what the baby monitor picked up when he was trying to call 911 with it. http://cbsncis.wetpaint.com/page/6.21+Toxic

Vade mecum *
As you all know I am in Nantucket, ACK, Heaven. Let loose on the town the first store I had to hit up was of course, Nantucket Bookworks. I found the most adorable water bottle there , the one I bought is Navy blue with a Whale and says "I love water". It was love at first sight -it has a wider mouth than mostother stainless steal water bottles, so you can actually put ice cubes in this one!! I just checked out their website, to see what other adorable things they had, and just as I suspected, it is a goldmine! If you are in the market for a sassy, charming water bottle Blueq is where you need to go.
I also picked up two Readables : The Nantucket Reader, and the Art of Eating.
I must get back to being in the moment. I want to stay here forever, whereas that is a completely ludicrous desire for un-numeral reasons, I need to get back to soaking up as much of this unparalleled atmosphere. Carpe Diem. My sincere wish for everyone, and especially you my beloved readers is that everyone can have a seize the moment experience that they are able to recall when life throws us for a loop! And that you can transcendentally travel back to that spot and relive that spellbinding moment, whenever you want. That you are blessed enough to find that Earthly haven where you are reminded that us mortals are meant to live life abundantly.
~Namaste~
* May your language never be "dead". May your ideas be timeless, in a world where the vernacular is in constant flux.

Snapperdoodle!
Right now I am pretty tired. Yesterday My twin COusins and I explored DC But first we went on a morning run. Though a lovely garden that has a 'heart smart trail, and excellent varied terrain one mile loop. And basically we were on our feet running around a city from 8am-8pm that was built on swamp and definitely still feels like one in August. So now I am sipping on some AGAVE MATE.
"The Aztecs believed agave was a gift from the gods - and not just because it's the plant from which tequila is made. Agave has also been used for thousands of years as a delicious low-glycemic sweetener. In this intoxicatingly refreshing brew, we blend the smooth, sweet nectar with Yerba Mate (pronounced MAH-tay), a rainforest plant that provides a natural energy boost. Mate is considered to be the ancient drink of health and friendship, so go ahead and give it a shot. Don't worry, we won't card you."
I don't know about this Agave because it comes from the same plant as tequila, I have to look into this more. more soon.included the explanation of snapperdoodle.WIP- Work In Progress
Snapperdoodle is a name i acquired after i made a sudden out burst at the dinner table. i have bouts where i get very worked up about things and over emote. Anyways that night the title of "snapperdoodle" was born and the pure ridiculousness of the sound of this name spurred an eruption of laughter from my entire family who was gathered around the dining room table. the name is now awarded to anyone and serves nicely to undermine the pressure of the situation
